This policy explains how BAJARGO LLC (“BajarGo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit bajargo.com, order from a store that uses BajarGo, or use BajarGo as a store owner or staff member.
Who we are
BajarGo provides online ordering software to independent stores. When you order from a store through BajarGo, that store is the seller. We run the store’s online shop and handle your information to process your order for the store and for the purposes described below.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
Delivery details: your address and any delivery instructions.
Order details: what you ordered, substitution choices, pickup or delivery times and notes to the store.
Account details, if you create an account: your email address and saved addresses.
Text message consent: whether you asked for order texts, and when.
For store owners and staff: your name, email, role and your store’s business details.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into secure fields provided by the store’s payment processor, such as Square, Clover or Stripe. BajarGo does not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited details from the processor, such as the payment status, card brand and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically
When you use our sites, we and our providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar browser storage that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your shopping bag and your display settings, and protecting against abuse. We do not use cookies for advertising.
How we use information
To take, confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
To send order updates by email, and by text if you asked for them.
To arrange delivery with courier services.
To help stores run their business and support their staff.
To answer questions and provide support.
To keep our services secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
To maintain and improve our services.
To meet legal obligations.
How we share information
With the store you order from, so it can fill your order and contact you about it.
With service providers that help us run BajarGo, only as needed for their work and under agreements that protect your information. These include payment processors chosen by the store, delivery services and their couriers (who receive your name, phone number, address and delivery instructions), email and text message providers, and hosting, security, address and map services.
For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users, stores or BajarGo.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, to keep the order records stores need for their business, to resolve disputes and to meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it or remove details that identify you.
Security
We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Emails: order emails are part of placing an order. You will not receive marketing email from BajarGo unless you ask for it.
Your information: to ask to see, correct or delete your information, email support@bajargo.com. We may need to verify your request, and we may keep some information when the law or a store’s records require it. You can also contact the store you ordered from.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Where we operate
BajarGo serves stores and customers in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
